Arpeggio’s, no, it’s not a type of pasta, although that sounds delicious.  You will be playing some tasty sounds, though, as you navigate through the fretboard learning all kinds of arpeggio shapes.  What is an arpeggio? It is a chord broken up into one note segments. We will dive more into that in this course!
