We will be going through triads the two ways that I have learned them.  One of the ways is to memorize all the shapes within major and minor and be able to play really quickly. by that I mean play all three triads with he root that you’re given.  For example below we have G.  So play all three fo those starting from the 1st string to the second string then to the 3rd string.  The second way is to Go through all the patterns and pick different keys through a cycle. You could use the circle of 4th, or 5ths.
